Suppoesed to be very good...

Downtown tonight... I'm thinking the 7:35... Meet on the roof of the parking garage around 7:00 and head down 7:15 or so...

7:35, 10:15.

If not, maybe the morning on Sat...

(11:25am), (2:10), (4:55), 7:35, 10:15.

Takers?

This was the movie they showed at the Sac Hilton illegal movie night over the ALMS weekend, so some of us have already seen it.

If you're an Asimov fan, try very hard to ignore that this movie has *virtually nothing* to do with the I, ROBOT stories... hell they didn't even use the names of the two main characters! Issac must be rolling in his grave. :(

However, on its own, the movie's pretty good. Just plug your ears when Will Smith yells "AWWWE HEEELLLLLLL NAAWWW!" like he does in every movie.

I might actually be interested in see that movie again... you know, now that my expectations are lower regarding the Asimov books. Plus a non-bootleg version would look a lot better.

Just pretend the name of the movie is "Yo Rotbot!", instead of I Robot, it will quell your Asimovian distaste like Pepto for the soul...

(Rotbot is the word of the day... Use it in a sentance and relish in it's warmth.)
