Just one request. Can we got to a resturaunt instead of a buffet. I can eat enough to justify what I have to pay to get in?

I wont make it, family stuff tonight...have fun tonight
I'll be there!!!!
Just one request. Can we got to a resturaunt instead of a buffet. I can eat enough to justify what I have to pay to get in?It probably has to be a casino restaurant because most normal ones are probably closed. Got any suggestions? One of the Sparks casinos was advertising a $8.95 christmas buffet...
There is always Chinese food...
Buffet prices... And by the way Deedee, you can eat just desert you know... :)
I'd be willing to try the Silver club in Sparks for the hell of it, and then the Hilton would be my next choice. They are all serving from now until at least 8:00 or 9:00 minimum if we want to movie first.
Silver Club: 9
Sands: 12
Golden Phoenix(aces): 12
Hilton: 15
Silver Legacy: 17.50
Eldarado: 18
Atlantis: 20
Pepermill: 16-24??? (Lame recording with no holiday listing)
Golden Phoenix gave me AND my friend food poisoning. Just a heads up.

Thanks Dean, I'll suck it up. Lets just stick to what we know is good, the atlantis will be ok, for me. Are we meeting there at 5:00 then?
I really don't care where, so if anyone has strong feelings, please speak up.
As of right now, 5PM Atlantis at the buffet.. Right now I have a count of 4. Mike, Deedee, Debbie, and myself.
I would guess we will hit a movie sometime around 7 or 8 depending on our dinner wait. If you want to know what/when/where for that, let us know and we will call you.
Since I missed it, what did you guys think of Life Aquatic?

Ah, you guys saw life aquatic good call!Tyson, did you see it? I'd be interested in hearing your review.
I saw Phantom of the Opera last week and really liked it. Disclaimer: you have to like musicals to want to go to this one. I thought the Christine character had her singing dubbed, turns out she didn't - which is amazing!

Agreed. Well worth it.
Life Aquatic was wierd... There were funny parts, there were stupid parts, and there were the slow parts. I think the later two outweighed the former. The best part of the movie was all the Bowie songs in Portuguese!(sp)
If it had not been for the good cast, I think it would have sucked.

I liked Life Aquatic. It was definately weird though. I think it needs to be rated on a differant scale than other movies. It's eccentric.
Aviator was really good. I didn't know anything about the movie going in. I don't normally enjoy long movies, but this one kept my interest. When I found it was a true story that made it all the better.
