I forget....I will find out tomorrow. He seems like a nice guy. I just don't know if he in a position to OK warranty stuff.

I've worked with all the service advisors down there and ray was a cool guy. Since he's gone, though, I'd probably just deal with marvin. Justin is a douche bag, try to avoid him, he doesn't care about the customer. Hopefully the new guy will do a good job.
