When I was down at GruppeS getting the parts I bought from Rallysportdirectput on.
I had bought a header that was Jet hot coated the header was a Gt spec gen II well when they coated the header the they didnt put a bolt in the O2 sensor so the threads were not useable that stuff is really hard!We tried to tap the threads it didnt work so I called Rallysportdirect and talked to Ben he said dont worry how about you drop ship that header back to him from GruppeS and we will buy you one from GruppeS and credit the difference back on your credit card!
Ben didnt even blink and he had a fair solution to a sticky situation since I was 300+ miles from my home! also they have great deals on parts!

I ordered some brake rotors from these clowns a few weeks ago.

Before I placed the order I phoned them up to make sure they were actually in stock. I was told they were, so I placed the order. Later that day
someone from the shop called me and told me they were on back order and would be 4 - 6 weeks. They denied all knowledge of my earlier phone call where I was told that they were already in stock.

Fast forward to last Friday, I called again to see what the hell was going on. I was told that the shipment had arrived that day and my stuff would ship out on Monday. It is now almost a week later so I just called again and was told that they hadn't come in yet. They guy I spoke with told me that the stuff had been accidentally shipped to Nebraska or some shit.

I am underwhelmed right now.

Weak. I try to always ask for names when I call vendors for updates. I F'n hate getting dicked around by assclowns.

BTW, I ordered my C-West JDM STI replica grill from them and they said it would have to be dropshipped from the manu. on the E. Coast and it came really fast. It was ~$80 shipped too.

That or they drop shipped from someone in California. Either way.....it's nice to get stuff quickly.
