American Autocross, July 5-6th!

Anyone interested in a kick-ass autocross event should head down to Atwater, CA at Castle AFB for the Larry Park (series founder) memorial event over the weekend of the 5-6th. It should be a *fast* course... faster than the usual AAX courses, so if you're used to tight SCCA courses it'd be a nice switch. Everyone is welcome, come one come all! :lol: I know SCCA divisionals are in Reno that same weekend so it's a tough choice for a lot of ppl in the area, myself included, but I've never been to this particular AAX event and it sounds like it's gonna be a blast so that's where I'm headed. 8)

I think I'm going to this event since I'll be in Grass Valley for the 4th, and that cuts down some of the driving.

This is assuming that Divisionals are *not* a points event for Reno region... otherwise, I've got a ton of gound to make up points-wise on the Reno STX fellas, and I'll be running in Stead, instead. (hehe)

We should get a squad together and go take over AAX with Subarus for the weekend! :lol:

Look up Atwater, CA in mapquest or yahoo... it's south of Modesto on Hwy. 99. The event is at Castle AFB in town. The AAX site also has directions to it I think...
