Hello everyone! My names Ryan, 19,i am from Reno (i live on Ashbury just south of McQueen for locals) and just got my '06 Black STI yesterday. I traded in my 2001 Mustang SVT Cobra, main things were i couldnt fit to well anymore, i grew a few inches. I also am working on a photo/video business and as you will see, i go off road alot.
Some of you may have seen me. I had a Blue Cobra that had a loud exhaust and 10 spoke chrome rims.
I am loving my decison. I test drove it 2 weeks ago and was hooked. The power/handling/braking is amazing, it probably would beat my old car. I love the interior much more also.
Im also really into detailng so the car will be polished this weekend, i just had to get some pics to post even tho its dirty.
So heres some pics: (Full Gallery Here (http://gallery.xmustang.com/111105))

Welcome. I saw your trade in at Lithia yesterday... We were making polite fun of it related to winter driving...
You and Tyson can compare notes on the detailing of black Subarus. His 03 WRX is usually imaculate and well waxed.

Car looks great Ryan just stay on top of that paint if you want it to keep looking good.
You might want to look into a clear-bra if you want to save the actual paint itself.
You'll fit right in here.

Poorboys Wheel Sealant on RimsI have no idea what half of that is. Now I know how I sound when I talk geek stuff. :)
What is the AIO, a Rain-Ex equivelant?
And more importantly, Do you like the Poorboys better than just a good coat of paste wax on the wheels? Never heard of it.

hey, im a geek also. I almost had my CCNA, but then moved.
AIO, its a paint cleanser that works well on windows/paint/pretty much everything and gives a coat of protection.
For sure i do! I had 3 coats on my old wheels and brake dust wasnt a problem :)

Nope, sorry :(
Where's the best place to pick up the Poorboys? Any auto parts store? I think I'll try it on my newly powdercoated Subzeros.

Nice, more '06 models! :)
It's funny, I don't like the front end in pictures, but I think they look great in person. . .
. . . I'm almost tempted to steal JC's thunder here, but I'll let him say it. . . :D

No problem.... but now we gotta talk about your sig. :P
We try to keep the clutter down around here. Large pics in sigs make it hard to read the threads. If you'd like to use a picture, please make use of the avatar feature of the board. :)

No problem! I know how it is running a forum. I used to be a admin at a huge tech forum.
