So, our receptionist sorta disappeared on us here at the office. Therre is an immediate opening for an administrative aide, secretary, receptionist, whatever you want to call it. Phones, filing, fax, all that sort of stuff. Any kind of experience with engineering, construction, land use, etc. would be a plus.

Pay? Hours?

Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday - Friday. Pay would be DOE and between the applicant and da Boss. It's a pretty good gig actualy- maybe 3 hours of actual work in an 8 hour day. Plenty of interwebby viewing time. Mybe Mike K can elecommute to his job and work this one too.

I'll ask my wife tonight, she might be interested.

That's the kind of work I do, kinda. Not really actually. I do a lot of data entry. If I can get paid more it would be worth leaving the State. Maybe. I dunno really.

Dude, if you have a State job, hang on to that for dear life. It might not be great now, but one or two promotions in the next ~5 years and you're golden for life.

Yeah I keep hearing that. I have been actually for about the last year and 7 months...but I don't really want to live in NV until I retire.

Well, the office job in south Reno won't help you there. ;)

Bump.... let this be a leson to all who hire based on "visual resumes." The girl that was hired sucked, and has called in 4 times in two weeks, so the position is open again if anybody knows anybody who would be interested, has some experience, and can actually do the job. ;)

We had one of those at our office. A lemon scented asian girl, but right off the bat she called in and kept doing so. So we let her go. But now we have another pretty cute girl and she's doing awesome. Don't give up there is a hot girl out there to do the job. ;)

Waitressing at Olive Garden does little to provide the training and experience we need from our front desk. Hiring someone hot is the root of the problem here. ;)

I googled "boobie food"

I don't believe I've ever met anyone else I would be able to attribute that particular phrase to, before knowing who it was.
