How do you remove front emblem?

I want to switch my front stars emblem with a blue "i" one. how do you get the first one off, and what adhesive do you use to apply to the second one?

Use a small flat screwdriver to get under and lift it off. It should come off easier since it's so cold. It's just double sided tape. If you can't reuse the original tape, go to walmart or kragen and pick up the 3M stuff. It works fine for me.
