Deftones!

I've been looking forward to this concert for a LONG while now! Should kick ass!

I realised late last night that Scott's in Cali. anyway... no loss!

It should be pretty bitchin! Deftones is one of the only bands in my "personal top 5" that I've never seen live before, so I'm pretty excited. Them and TooL.

That concert kicked SO MUCH ASS!!!! I actually rocked my face off... i spent like 20 minutes looking for it :P

The two opening bands weren't really my thing. Fall of Troy and Derengrey. Both of them had awesome instrumentation, but were lacking lead singers DESPERATELY! Just wasn't diggin' the "scream-o" thing. The Deftones owned tho! And they played my favoritest song ever, which I didn't think they'd do since on the album Maynard from TooL sings the hook. Maynard wasn't there mind you, but a job well done none the less!

As you've played some older Fall of Troy for me to hear at work Bob, I'd def. say they're better than last night's impression. I dunno. It's still "not my type" of music, but the singer didn't seem to have it together last night.
