WTB: MAF Sensor for 98 2.5RS

Hi Guys,

I got my new hi flow cat and 02 sensors installed and my car passed the smog test (cali) at 2500 rpm but failed at idle. The tech said it's probably maf related and to try and find a used one before shelling out the dough for a new one, so....

Anyone have a new or used MAF Sensor for 98 2.5RS?

what hi flow cat did you go with?

Went to Mr. Z's in Sparks and got a magnaflow hi flow cat. Their part # 94005 for 189.90. I know they're a lot cheaper on ebay....

how did it effect the sound?

car sounds awesome now! it's brullen header, the hi flow cat, no resonator, and a 5 zigen firball catback. before it was loud as hell, and kind of raspy at full throttle. Now it's a nice deep "growl". I'm stoked on the sound. not too loud, but loud enough. Hopefully the maf will fix the smog problem and i'll be registered and good to go soon.
