So who is gonna win the superbowl boys and girls?

I think the Packers and the Chargers and the Packers are gonna win. Farve needs another ring so he can retire already.

Now that Indy's out, I don't see anybody beating the Patriots unfortunately.

I think if its Pats with the Packers, Farve might be able to pull it off.

Hopefully Rivers and LT will take care of the Pats, though I wont deny it would be kinda cool to see an undefeated season.

Problem is neither Favre nor LT nor Eli can stop Brady and Co. from scoring at will.

Im not a Pats fan by any means, but from what i have read what they got caught doing is kinda common practice...they just are the ones that got caught.

I think Green Bay will ruin New England's "Perfect season". The Jaguars should have gotten the job done.

But then again, I know nothing about football. It will probably end up being the Giants beating the Chargers.

One can hardly credit cheating for their undefeated (thus far) season, especially since the only team they did it against were the Jets, who could have been given the Patriots' signals directly and still not beaten them.

Thats like racing a class in autox that your really not in and then at the end of the season saying "well that probably wouldn't have changed anything."

Jim Hostler happened. That, and receivers who can't catch the ball. Martz will at least bring us back to the 2006 level, which would have probably earned us 8 or 9 wins with this year's defense. Improvement to the top 20 offensively will probably earn a playoff spot.

The NFL.com poll is real clsoe to 50/50 right now... so while I expect the Giants to be able to make a game and maybe win, there's probably too much money on them right now, so the odds might be good for a bet on the PAts.

Pats are going to win.

And even as tired as I am with the recent Boston domination of pro sports, and even as tired I am of NYC vs. Beantown bullshit... I'm looking forwards to the Pats wrapping up a perfect season w/ a SuperBowl win.

I just hope the Yankees and Sox both suck balls next season... just to counter this annoying trend of only 5% of America caring about sports championships 'cause the teams are always from the same damn towns.

The whole game was pretty awesome actually, if you're a relatively knowledgeable fan. Seeing New York's D line constantly blow up the Patriots offensive line was not normal, but very welcome. Same with seeing Brady out of synch with everything. His final numbers didn't suck, but they aren't good enough to keep calling Brady the best ever after a game like that in the Super Bowl.

3 quarters of defense, 1/2 a quarter of offense.

Manning's "let go of me" scramble and bomb with helmet catch was F'ing amazing.

Yeah but the amazing part about it was the catch against the helmet, not Manning shaking off a 3 finger shirt grab. I thought that was a great game.

I was bored out of my mind until the 4th Qtr. But I did get a lot of cleaning and painting done on the car's engine bay while waiting for the game to get good... so that's a plus I guess.

I thought that was a great game.I think it was more than 3 fingers, but he was pretty close to surrounded. I agree that the catch was great. As I recall, he actually caught it with two hands, but the defender pulled one away which is when he had it between his hand and the helmet for a bit.

I thought the game was awesome from the start too. And I don't even watch a lot of football.

1st half I watched at Red Rock casino. 3rd quarter I watched at the Cheesecake Factory, and the 4th Quarter I ended up listening to the radio on the car ride to the airport. That was a damn fine forth quarter, and my buddies headrest is a little worse for wear.

I have no real interest in either the Giants or the Patriots, and that was still pretty much the best superbowl I can remember watching. Super close, tense game the whole time, perfect season at stake, back & forth lead changes, a final drive and winning touchdown with only seconds to go.. I don't know what more you could really ask for.

Except maybe your team of choice being the one doing the winning. :D

Apparently casinos took a record loss on the Superbowl. $2.57 Million, and is only the second time that Nevada casinos have taken a loss since they started counting in 1992.

That was the most boring game to watch up until the last half of the 4th quarter. I slept through the whole thing partially from bordom and partially on account of the damn flu.

I prefer offensive games to defensive ones unless there are so absolutely ridiculous hits which I didnt hear of to many.
