This 2003 Subaru Baja Crew Cab AWD is in terrific shape... solid engine, almost new interior and exterior, tires with very few miles on them.... as with any pre-owned vehicle there maybe some minor imperfections both inside and out but overall this Subaru is in great condition!!!! local trade in and was Maryland Inspected which is one of the hardest Auto Inspections in all 50 states.... with EPA MPG at 25

I will have 32 more pictures up within the next two days. If interested call me at 240-395-4009, John

So what I don't ever get is why people buy truck type things and put camper shells on them. Just buy a freaking wagon already. I'm not talking putting a shell on a regular pickup, that has a use But when people buy things like chevy awfulanches, or Exploder SportTrax, or Baja and then put a shell on it. You take somthing with an already not so useful bed, and make it completely unusable. There would be more room to store crap with a wagon or real SUV.

My rant for the day!

It would be pretty useful for moving dogs around.

Good idea, Cody should buy it for his mom. They will match!

Yep. Chevy Chase Chevrolet (http://www.edmunds.com/dealerships/Maryland/Bethesda/ChevyChaseChevrolet/service.1.newOld.html) to be specific.

I'm more curious why this individual would try to sell a car on the other side of the country.....

I was not aware Maryland had Sierras :p

The Baja has a pass through to the bed which makes it an awesome vehicle, when you put on a shell its even better because things dont get wet. I had my bed full of Bass tubes and amps.. I love the BAJA..

How does that make it better than a wagon? The wagon's seats actually fold down...

Now if you said you used it to carry rock from the quarry to your house, then I'd understand.

Or, like Matt said for carrying dogs. I hadn't thought of that angle.

Most people don't mind having their dogs in the back of their wagon, but if they were wet and stinky, I could see the value of keeping them out of the cab.

Personally, I can see the need for a Baja configuration. During a 4hr drive home after a 20hr hike, who wants their shoes in the passenger compartment?

Hey. He didn't post a price shipped!

THe hard durable plastic in the back of the baja is great for wet dogs and Ski's ect.. Plus its not a wagon.

That's no plus.

Srsly. I mean, at least El Camino's were kinda party in the front, business in the back. The Baja's "bed" is a joke since you can't fold the back seat down and make it full size. Plus it makes the Aztec look good. :|

I moved a full size refrigerator in the back of my 75 Volvo 245DL and the rear hatch actually shut just fine. I lived in the thing for a while when I was 18. I fit a queen sized air mattress in the back of it...had a super hot 17 y.o. girlfriend that would spend the night. It was fucking awesome.

The fact that I was going to be able to afford a wagon that's functional, high performance, and stylish (IMO) was why I bought a new WRX wagon when I really didn't need to. I've moved a dryer and tons of other crap that the sedan wouldn't have handled.
