WTBorrow: Piston Ring filer

I hate to spend $50 on a tool I will need for <1 hr. total work.

Anybody have one they are willing to loan/rent out? Don't need it for at least a few more weeks, but will likely only need it for a day or two if I do both blocks the same weekend.
