FYI i know for sure there's a car rental company in carson that has Subaru's , base GTs with a sport shift mode. i took one on a short dirt drive. being an auto it sorta sucked to drift around in a tight tight corner but i started to get the hang of it ... if you had 2 or 4 people sharing one the $40 a day ($6 for insurance) wouldn't be bad at all .... *hint hint* :D

a ford focus makes a good rental / RX car too, btw, mustangs are fun (but not all that fast)

wow just realizing how much Subarus really dominated this rally cross. the top 10 is 8 Subaru drivers and 2 Evo drivers. I think AWD really helped out in the extra soft sections really, especially the tightest hairpin.
