Some dude in a blue 06 WRX keeps romping it around on Prater. Wingless, stock height, 18+" rims. Boing boing.

Well it did have after market rims on it, didn't catch his name, but he was kinda skinny sporting a nice looking lady on one arm.


I also saw a nice RS with a wing, Dark Blue Headed West on Moana at Kietzke plate said Critterz.

So I went to the coin-op Car wash at 7th and McCarran in NW Reno today...In the stall next to me was an 05 WRB STi. It had a HUGE gash/ dent in the right front fender, I talked to the guy, someone hit it in a parking lot:(. Anyways, his name was Ross and I told him about the meets on thursday. Sorry if I couldn't talk too much Ross...My clock was running! :lol:

I saw a real nice 06 Black STi running down 6th Ave. In Sun Valley today, plates said alfonzo or something like that.

I've seen too many to remember in the last two weeks. They've been all over the place during holiday shopping time. Various color and year WRX and RS sedans and wagons. . . an STi or two. . . Of note to myself, I followed a CGM RS (not Bruspeed's) halfway through Carson on my way to work the other day. Beyond that, it's just tons of random Imprezas.

Well that crew of dudes has showed up a couple of times to Bully's late, like 9:45ish, on some of the thursdays. I'm not sure if they planned to see any of us or were doing their own thing.

Well, there's never been a US version of the Spec-C... although the US STI is almost the same as the Spec-C. I beleive the only difference is that the Spec-C comes w/ steel wheels, a roof vent, and no wing (and of course the 2.0L motor). All the suspension upgrades that the JDM Spec-C has over the JDM STI come on the US STI.

Now if we're talking Type RA Spec-C, the RA is a Spec-C with crap added to it like alloy wheels, a carbon wing, and other do-dads and do-hickeys.

...'course this is how it was with the bugeyes and blobeyes... I'm not sure what's on the '06 Spec-Cs and Type RAs.
