Well if things work out as I think they will, I'll be buying a brand new house (not yet built) in Stead for 220K. 3BR, 2Ba, 1300 sq feet IIRC. Oh, and 2 car garage. :D

I haven't gotten anything in writing yet, but the only reason I know about it is because a close friend is a realator and she's going to buy one so she told me about it. I'm going to see the model and get more info this weekend. I'll let you know when I know more.

The downside is that it's in an industrial area...but I don't think I care...
