I know, I came real close to buying one when I was 20. A friend bought it off of some old lady in Bishop. Ca, she only drove it in the summer months so it had like 35,000 miles. Yeah, that's why I said that. :p It's part of your moving entitlements. If you change posts between two domestic facilities, you get moving allowance for your ish, your car, and your dependents, all if applicable. And overseas, it's the same, except some places don't allow POVs (like Korea and England :() and/or dependents (Korea, permanent Middle East duty stations). Germany allows all of them. :) The thing is though, if you don't take a car with you overseas, you don't get to take one back.
