So it was probably the filing for back taxes and saying he earned zero dollars that got him.

But if it was a donation to a church on the comapny books, then they wouldn't likely have paid the employee taxes, it would have been treated like a charitable donation the way I read it. Hmm, regardless, it's all shady shit. What a mess.

Its very simple to set up a church or any other non profit 501c3 company or corp. Just fill out the proper forms submit them to the IRS and State Taxation depts. Do some Articles of Incorp and wait....wala....few months, you have a TIN number (EIN) a non tax number to purchase stuff. And if you follow the guidelines in the IRS handbook based on income your good to go.

This guy probably never filled out the forms!
