Maybe a neck stepping party is in order? I spoke to the service manager trying to get them moving on replacing the lady's shift linkage (rattled at 4-4200), and "Scott truly dropped the ball", "this is absolutely rediculous", "he could have at least picked up the phone and let her know that he hadn't bothered to do a thing for her" and "should I get one myself from SoA?" all came up in the conversation.
They ended up replacing the shifter assembly the next week, provided her with a loaner (base Impreza auto for her 5MT Impreza Premium), and took care of it. That's after three months of her calling with no response - meaning not even a call back.
Anyway, official complaints are on file at Lithia, and SoA over them dirtying up the interior, and being downright douchebags. |
