Bah, with the annual membership and admin fee it's $227.98. Bummer. To be clear, I could not have a passenger at a PDX, is that right? Sure would be nice to use my preexisting SCCA membership.

Correct. The only time 2 people are allowed in a car at PDX is when one of the two is an instructor.
