I don't think I can remember ever getting the wrong stuff in my drive thru.

I think you guys need to speak clearly when ordering.

More often than not, my effed up orders are correct on the receipt...

I don't usually get into semantics, but being married to an immigrant. . .

Tortilla ≠American

so, steak and egg burrito ≠100% american

I'd say a steak and egg burrito equals. . . like 66% american

In Korea they have a tasty seasoned beef dish called Bulgogi. It is usually eaten with rice and veggies. In fast food joints, however (McDonald's, for example), they also have Bulgogi burgers (hamburgers made with this seasoned beef).

They certainly wouldn't call that 100% Korean. . .

100_Percent_Juice 2007-03-07 09:57 PM

^I dont think I have ever seen Bulgogi on the menu. And I dont think you can call beef Korean.

However, I like your application of the "not equal" sign. Had to dig pretty deep on the character map for that one. Ive personally never seen it used so that my friend "≠"... is 100% American

tysonK 2007-03-07 10:02 PM

I thought != was the standard. That's what all the cool people use.

100_Percent_Juice 2007-03-07 10:10 PM

^yeah that was cool back in 1996

wrxkidid 2007-03-07 11:07 PM

Which menu is that?

And yes, I did have to go looking for the ≠sign. :P

M3n2c3 2007-03-08 02:28 PM

At any rate, the point was that you could no more argue that sticking steak and eggs in a tortilla is 100% american than you could that something like kimchee in a bun is 100% korean.

What a silly thing to discuss. Someone ought to go back to arguing whether illegal immigrants are good or bad.

Redneck use of the word "asinine": "Hmmm... I'd give her face a '6'... and her asinine!"

JonnydaJibba 2007-03-08 03:11 PM

HAHAHAHAHA. That's Larry right?

Oh.

It's really quite yummy :) We make it only rarely due to the prep time. Babies are ruining dinner, too.

Free Chicken?

I ordered a cheddar quesadilla, and ended up getting a chicken quesadilla... usually when that happens, the more expensive one is on the bill, but this time, the chicken was free!

Maybe they hooked me up 'cause it took them 22 minutes to service the *three* cars in front of me in the drive thru... (Oh and the kid on the headset was as white-bread and english speaking as genetically possible).

Did you say "cheddar" or "cheese" when you ordered? I've run in to the same problem when ordering a "cheddar" quesadilla, but never have when ordering a "cheese" quesadilla. . .

100_Percent_Juice 2007-03-10 11:31 PM

Yeah well today I ordered 2 milks and when I got to the window I was handed a coke and an orange juice.
