[QUOTE=MPREZIV;102317]I saw that same guy nearly understeer into a stop light pole one night at Kietzke and McCarran, trying to hot rod it around a corner...[/QUOTE I'm not positive but this car may finally come to its end. My buddy called me on the way home from work to make sure it wasn't me(everyone thinks that car is mine:?: , He has a cf hood, possible swap w/ exhaust, and probably 10x better paint). So anywho, my buddy see a old white Impreza wrecked on I80 along with a wrecked EVO and a 3rd car. Pretty bad wreck from what He said.

was that today right under the 395 overpass?

van 2007-09-17 08:58 PM

I'm not sure, I'll ask him tommorow at work. It was around 3:30-3:45 today

100_Percent_Juice 2007-09-17 09:05 PM

yeah, there was mad traffic right there as I was trying to get on 395 from 80. Hope nobody died.

I've seen that car. And the paint is 100x worse at least. I thought it was your car til I saw the regular RS bumper and how fucking beat that thing was.

PS I saw Kdogg last week in S Reno going N on 395.

I thought that was you, but I wasn't sure...

I keep seeing a Morgan Aero 8 around Arrowcreek/S. Virginia. Seen it twice now.

Looks just like this one, but had a hard-top on it IIRC:

Not really my favorite car by any stretch, but still kinda cool to actually see one driven around.

MattR 2007-09-27 04:08 PM

I can't see shit.

That's crazy looking. Much cooler than the red x you posted before.

wrxkidid 2007-09-27 05:20 PM

Ive never seen that car Scott and I live down here. BS!!

haha cool looking car.

MPREZIV 2007-09-27 07:30 PM

Aren't Morgans the cars that were (or possibly still are?) built with wooden bodies?

100_Percent_Juice 2007-09-27 08:08 PM

I've seen that driving around. I had no idea what it was.

knucklesplitter 2007-09-27 08:36 PM

Saw a silver '08 Impreza 5-door yesterday on N. McCarran near WalMart. It looks as bad in person as in the pics. :( Does seem like a smaller car too.

I've seen it 3 times now, it's truly a work of art.

Only so much as they use Ash wood bonded to Aluminum. It's not really a wood car, it's an aluminum-composite car, with wood as one of the layers.

Kevin M 2007-09-28 09:17 AM

Pesky details.

and its not so much wood as it is pieces of laminante flooring.

knucklesplitter 2007-09-28 10:55 AM

The 97 Vette had a sandwiched balsa-wood composite floor or something. Dunno if it is still in there on newer ones.

MPREZIV 2007-09-28 11:22 AM

Eh... regardless of the details, Morgan is the manufacturer I was thinking of.

I parked next to Alex's car at lunch today. About 10 minutes ago actually. I was getting me some Mick Dees iced coffee (mmmm).
