I said Hi to Camp Ezra and some older gentleman knew you as the Matt who drives a big truck. :)

Is there a way to display these pics in a thread on another forum with IMG tags? The image location doesn't have a JPG extention so it's not working. :(

Hah, Matt was talking about the Waffle. I guess he (or his other driver) had to deliver some cargo containers the Belgians shipped from Belgum. Something like 6 containers from Belgum to Black Rock, thats nuts.

Which should have led to fornecations. Multiple.

cody 2006-09-06 09:58 AM

I was too busy being social and having a great time. Sex on the playa would require a shower before and after and I didn't have an RV with a shower. Well I did, but it was a bag of water hanging off the side. I really did want to find a playa girl to clean up and fornicate, but no such luck. It's better to stay unatached and just make out with random girls everywhere you go anyway.

Jonny, if you were at BM, your senses would overload and you'd curl up in a ball in the corner of a portopotty crying for your mommy. Get out into the world and see some things before you call me a n00b.

Oh yah, the guy walking around with the camera around his neck gets all the female attention at BM. :P Most of the time I walked/rode around with nothing but shorts, shoes, and a cup. :)

Lies! At least if that happened I'd be in the corner fornecatin wif thousands of women.

But actually, the dirty thing and no shower part is kinda gross, and I like my peepee not infestered with microscopic monters.

Not sure if you are asking for opinions, but I would bet on it being the obligitory Mitsubishi transmission leak.

I was sent a few pictures from Ron Richman out of Tahoe City. This photo is from early Saturday morning at the last event. All I can figure out is that it looks like a very "UGLY LINE".

Sparco Racing makes a model that's very similar as well. (Plus those actually clear STI Brembos!)

Actually, they are Nippon Racing Lightstars which are knock offs of the Sparco NT-R I believe.

Kevin M 2006-11-08 09:05 AM

Yeah, nokian is a tire company.

Joeyy 2006-11-08 12:09 PM

I was thinking of snow tires at the time. At least I got the N correct.

That Enzo on top belongs to axle rose and i sat in at the LA auto show in 04 the first day is only open to auto makers and friends so me and my DAD went in place of my aunt who worked for Volvo America !!

Ezdno 2006-11-09 03:54 PM

It was sent to me with a long string of photos showing the two new enzo pics and a series of photos where apparently the kid took the car with 8 miles on it, and wrapped it around the telephone pole at 200mph... The car looks a bit more trashed in the other pics and the pole is completely ripped out of the ground. There is no way they Photochopped the wreckage.

Hey Cody, are you getting ready for next year? My hampster is going to have real brakes and some more ponys under the hood. ;)

cody 2006-12-07 04:49 PM

My hampster's ridin' dirty.

The silver wagon is not going to have to see much snow this winter. The tax return is all ready fully acounted for and I have no reall idea on it's size. I just wanted to start talking smack in December. The figures do not work out yet with the race tires. Maybe by spring I'll know if I'll use the T modifier next year.

cody 2006-12-07 05:26 PM

Yah, I don't imagine driving in snow is a very pleasent experience with the coilovers. You're car should be even harder to beat with the HP/spool increase. You're getting exhaust and tuning right? What are you doing to the brakes?

The only new things I've done to my car is Group-N motor/tranny mounts, a short shifter with bushings, and I had just installed the adjustable rear sway before the last autoX. I was really happy with how my car felt when I went to RFR for that free day not too long back. :) So my car is really kind of where I always wanted it. It's somewhat competitive at ESP but it's also a great daily driver and really the reason I bought a Suby was to get to the snow...and it still does that quite well.

Well, I'm doing more now that I've put some thought into it. I'm also going to change the up pipe, air cleaner and intercooler. The stock brakes really held me back in the second half of the season. The pads are a must (brand and type still pending), brake lines and fluid change. I'm also going to put bleaders on so I can maintain the system better. This overtme check is going towards the harness bar. No I'll be able to be able to use my left foot better for braking and not just holding myself in my seat.

I'll either run race tires or get a new set of Falkens. I could probably run with last years tires for a few events but the old tires are just getting harder and harder (heat cycles kill). Toyo is coming out with a new race tire and I may look into it but I still may not wont to give up that T modifier. I may test a little in the first two events and run a race tire if a sponsor can help.

Your job is to keep all four tires on your car and be around for next season to push Nick and myself. The only low point in last season was not having the yellow cheese wagon around for all the events. The times when all three of use were at the events were the best!.. Plus, when all three of us are around at the same time we put on a good show.

sperry 2006-12-07 05:58 PM

I'd just buy a Schroth harness instead of a harness bar and harness. It'll cost you half as much and it's DOT approved.

Kevin M 2006-12-07 05:58 PM

D, I hope by "new brakes" you mean pads, rotors, lines and fluid... because anything else isn't ESP legal.

And I agree, watching the 3-way Subaru race for the "pony car" class is awesome. :D

Agreed. Now that I don't have a rear shelf to bolt my harness to, I think I'm going the Schroth route instead of getting a harness bar myself. It's cheaper even though I already have a sweet 6 point harness. :(

Kevin M 2006-12-07 06:01 PM

I just realized that's like 6 consecutive actual subject-relevant posts in the images thread.

cody 2006-12-07 06:04 PM

I'll certainly do my best.

I'm sure you know my brake setup by now, Porterfield R4-S, SS lines, ATE fluid. I'm really quite pleased with the setup so I highly recommend it.

You're going to be a force to be reckoned with since your car will basically be maxed out for ESP and it was really apparent at the last AutoX that you and Nick had become better drivers while my car was in the shop. I'm really looking fwd to next year. :)

Kevin M 2006-12-07 06:26 PM

It's not maxed out until he's running 285 or 315 width stickies... on 16 pound 18x11s with $8000 tripple adjsutable shocks and 9 sets of springs in the garage and has replaced every legal component in the car for weight reduction and pulled his AC and ABs systems and stripped the paint and resprayed it with 2 coats for weight reduction and rebuilt the engine from the ground up and cryotreated his gears and installed a ridiculous standalone ECU with 6 different race gas maps and anti-lag and tried 7 different intercoolers and... well, you get the idea. :p Put it this way... Scott has maybe spent enough money to cover the budget for the absolute hands-down fastest possible ESP WRX. ;)

However, for a realistic amateur autocrosser with a real-life budget that drives his car frequently on the street, he's pretty much done what he can. It's gonna be a good car for sure.

Joeyy 2006-12-07 06:44 PM

Man, I don't think I can fit much wider rubber under the wagons fenders. Any idea on the max I could go (yes, I'm willng to roll for some extra room)? If I'm going to run race tires why not go as wide as I can  !...

cody 2006-12-07 08:31 PM

We have the same tires and same size wheels IIRC. I can barely fit them. I have to run over -2 camber in the back to make them fit. Peanut Eye FTW. :(
