Reno SCCA Season Awards Banquet
 

Reno SCCA Awards Banquet will be held Saturday Nov. 13th at 6pm. You need to pay and confirm by Nov 5th, If you participated in this years Autocross season, you should plan on attending, we had a great time last year...Several SECCS members will likely be going home with some hardware :twisted: . There are usually tons of door prizes, in addition to trophies. Be aware not all trophies are for class/pax type things... You might just get one for a number of other reasons... It's also a good time, and good food.

We should make a list, so we can save a table or two as needed...

I'm all outta planning juice. In fact, someone needs to step up and take command of this year's NORPAC car show... since I'm gonna be on a boat off the Gulf coast of Mexico right about then. :P

Norpac is a lot of damn work...Do we have to? :lol:

Matt, you're right, we should also have an after-party. How about we all go to Cue & Cushion? Think it'll be too busy on a Saturday night?

Apparently we're already on the schedule. Oregon Region is putting it on... so we should have some contacts over there to organize with.

Yeah, I got a mailing from them, and 'seccs on display' is in their letter. Well maybe not worded quite like that, you know what I mean.... :lol:

So Debbie, are you going? If so, I will add you to the official roster at the top of the thread...

I Did'nt remember until tuesday that really sucks ass I have too much crap on my plate and not enough time to do shit!
It started last week with Vegas flights for the wrong dam day and then I almost didnt make my flight because I was suck in Elko :x :x :x

Call Dick Lewis anyway, they may still be able to squeeze you in, especially if you're recieveing an award.

Yeah, but we need seats for Zack and Marissa too! I'll bet they can get him in... it's just food for 3 more people. Just let them know you were out of town at SEMA or something.

But besides the list, if there is enough space I think a nice thing to do is to invite newbies who don't already have 'someone to sit with', to sit with this group for dinner. Some names off the top of my head include Jeff & Virginia Neilson, Russ Carpenter, and there are probably others as well.

I don't recall how many large tables there were, we may end up in 3 or more booths...

Whoever gets there first, start staking claim with Jackets or unfolding napkins, or something
