Man, all the teams I'm rooting for are in the Chicago bracket!! :( Now I have to somehow deal w/ picking only one out of Illinois, Arizona, and Reno to go to the final four.

Also, my friends Glen and Dan are gonna sign up too, so we'll have at least 7 people! That's $70 to the winner!

Probably.... I'm *terrible* at picking winners. I think the best I've ever done was like 5th out of 10 people four years back. :lol:

Okay, my friend Glen signed up (Catz1469) and he's bringing two more people with him if they get off their asses and sign up soon enough!

So that's 8 people = $70 winner takes all! :) And (I'm assuming) we'll do this as we have in past years, where the winner will post their address or PayPal after the tourney's over, and the rest of us will send them our $10.

So I've had some teams go down, unexpected!

But I've still got my Final Four intact!! Anyone else? :lol: :twisted:

So much for the final four............I got my ass kicked this weekend in the tournament. Oh well, valiant effort from Louisville! I hope Illinios wins, that way we know that Nevada lost to the National Champions!

Dammit, I got killed. Some big upsets for me this year. Syracuse mainly.

Well so much for my fantastic comeback. I totally thought I had the win. The Champ should step up and claim his victory. Good Job. North Carolina and Coach Roy Williams deserve it.

I thought for sure Illinois had the season wrapped up. They shouldn't have lost that one regular season game I guess...

I thinks that one loss actually helped them going into the tournament. They really didn't have any trouble getting through the first three rounds. Then they played a very good arizona team and a more talented North Carolina.

I thought the game was great and Illi had a great chance to win, but missed some great looks

Yeah, losing teaches humility. My point was more of a joke, i.e. "they learned how to lose, and therefore they couldn't win it all".

Either way, I was pretty entertained this season, especially in the early rounds... there were some fun games this year! Esp. w/ the Wolf Pack in it. Even though I'm not a UNR guy, it's cool to have a local team to root for.

Plus, I tied for 2nd place this year... I'm usually DFL or DFL+1. :lol:
