Mowing the lawn

Mowing the lawn for the first time this year. Looking at the forcast for this weekend, I should not be making it snow. Next I'll be off to more hunny dues so that I can play this weekend.

Yeah, my 600th post.

MPREZIV 2007-04-25 09:16 AM

I had a drink called a "Lawn-mower" once. It's Vodka and Wheatgrass juice. IIRC, Homer Simpson invented it...

That's all I got.

cody 2007-04-25 10:05 AM

Mowed mine Monday. I need a new blade.

cody 2007-04-25 10:06 AM

hunny dues?

JonnydaJibba 2007-04-25 10:10 AM

Hunny DO's. Like from a womans mouth "Hunny do this, Hunny do that, Hunny why don't you make love to me anymore?" Wait...

I don't have to mow lawns! HOA! But actually now that I think about it, maybe this will make my damn roommates clean up their dogs damn poop. He's only a fucking beagle, it's not like he's droppin king size Baby Ruth's n shit.

cody 2007-04-25 10:22 AM

 Thanks for clarifying.

JonnydaJibba 2007-04-25 10:27 AM

For some reason ever since I posted in here, I got that song "breakin the law" in my head. Only it's going "mowin the lawn, mowin the lawn. Mowin the lawn, mowin the laaaaaaawn."

I've always been tempted to try that. How was it?

tysonK 2007-04-25 12:42 PM

I have to buy a new blade my mower dies going through almost anything remotely thick.

Joeyy 2007-04-25 04:39 PM

Finished the lawn, trimmed some trees, sprayed off the deck, washed and waxed both the Jeep and Subaru. Guessing she'll give me shit for not vacuuming the house. I think its time for a beer.

100_Percent_Juice 2007-04-25 09:39 PM

^ a beer and some peroxide for those whip marks on your back.

Just get out the big file and sharpen it up.

cody 2007-04-26 10:28 AM

Make sure after sharpening it that it's still balanced (hang it from a string).

Bench grinder... It is good to have a "tundra" blade and a good blade.

Also, check your air filter. after tundra mowing, they are often very bad.

sperry 2007-04-26 02:35 PM

I wish there was a way to mark a thread so new posts in it don't highlight it as unread.

I'd use that feature on this thread.

JonnydaJibba 2007-04-26 02:37 PM

What about Black Snake Moan? That was one of my fav's. :p

tysonK 2007-04-26 04:16 PM

100_Percent_Juice 2007-04-26 04:48 PM

^That would make him a masochist.

Then the forum that contains it would be left marked as "unread", and I won't be able to easily tell there aren't other threads in the forum to read.

Plus, I've literally read every post on this board since post 1. So I'm gonna keep reading them, and then just admonish those that post inane crap. :P

cody 2007-04-26 05:37 PM

Aw, I see. I just use the "New Posts" and "Today's Posts" features.

*Goes to post more inane crap*

It's worked for years, why stop now?

100_Percent_Juice 2007-04-26 09:27 PM

I just read the ones that I want and then I press "mark forums read" and it does the rest for me!

Joeyy 2007-04-27 07:00 AM
