If they are the 080 or 100s, dibs on the oil filters.

Where are the Subaru Bucks good and on what?

Dibs on the Pen, though I think you should keep it as a memento.

Any speakers from the stock Stereo?

doubleurx 2007-07-07 09:16 AM

Hey Dean: You are probably correct on the pen. I believe I do have the stock speakers still. and I believe the filters are 100s.

The subaru bucks are good at any subaru dealership for anything - repairs, parts and cars.

Also updated the list.

MikeK is headed up that way to get them for me tomorrow. :P

doubleurx 2007-07-28 03:09 PM

That is correct on the subiebucks. Sorry. I would do a package deal on the Wheels, Turbo and TMIC if you bought all three the TMIC is 1/2 price.

doubleurx 2007-08-21 09:56 AM

Updated the list, I need to move this stuff out of the garage, so no reasonable offers refused.

SlickNick112 2007-08-21 06:24 PM

So your hood scoop........it say's '03 STi scoop. That's probably not right if it was from a US spec vehicle. Is it still available? Do you have a picture of it?

It is an aftermarket '03 STI hood scoop. It stands taller than the stock wrx hoodscoop, but fits perfectly in the stock location. I think Sperry has the same scoop. I will try to get pictures tomorrow.

SlickNick112 2007-08-22 08:20 AM

Sweet thanks.

Stop making me have evil thoughts about 5x114 conversion on my wagon. :(

The cost of that conversion is almost more than the value of that car. Figure $3000 minimum to do the conversion including the hubs/suspension/brakes/wheels.

Unless the car's going to see regular track use on R-compound tires, it's not worth it.

Kevin M 2007-09-05 12:28 PM

Well the one argument agaisnt it that I can't overcome is that all suspension for the STi with 5x114 is meant for cars that weigh almost 1000 pounds mroe than what my track car will. So I'm going to continue to make sad faces over the pelthora of available gold BBS in 5x114 that will never be of any use to me, while I can't find a decent set of '04 wheels.

sperry 2007-09-05 01:26 PM

Enkei RPF1 in 17x8+48 5x100 15lbs ~$1000. Unless you really need more width, why would anyone ever want something else on their track car?

Kevin M 2007-09-05 01:40 PM

I want some gold '04 BBS for my frankensuby daily driver. Best available OEM wheel, other than the crazy Rays special editions from JDMland. But I agree, for track purposes, the Enkeis are hot.

100_Percent_Juice 2007-09-05 03:09 PM

I think the gold BBS are fugly.

doubleurx 2007-09-05 07:41 PM

Thanks for all the sales help guys!

100_Percent_Juice 2007-09-06 06:27 AM

hey I tried to get that scoop sold for you. sorry

doubleurx 2007-10-02 12:46 PM

Is something wrong with yours?

MikeK 2007-10-11 02:01 PM

The piece with the shift pattern on it rattles since the last RFR day

doubleurx 2007-10-11 03:28 PM

Sold. Thanks Mike for helping clear out my garage. That shift knob was really getting in the way.

MikeK 2007-10-11 03:29 PM

Are you sure you don't need an extra set of track wheels/tires? 255/40's with plenty of meat left! I think they may be made of real lightweight solid gold.

Gold rims are teh uglay, plus I don't think I can fit 255s with my low ass suspension. So no :)

I promise I'll buy your wheels Nick... just as soon as I own a car they will fit on. :( Or, when I can afford 4 really large and awesome doorstop/paperweights!
