KSpeed Automotive Alignment Service

We are now doing wheel alignment and chassis set-up! Our alignment rack is level within 1-2mm, the computerized alignment machine has been calibrated, and with Cory (aka BCTuning) doing the adjustments, you can count on the best, most precise alignment in town, especially for racing and high-performance cars. But that does not translate to outrageous prices:

Alignment Check (no adjustments needed, see below if adjustments): $35
"2-Wheel" Alignment - rear-axle cars (aligns 4 wheels but only front adjust): $50
4-Wheel Alignment - factory suspension: $75
4-Wheel Alignment - coilovers and/or camber plates: $115
4-Wheel Alignment - ride height, end links, etc.: <to be quoted>
Tire mount & balance: $15 each or $60 for four (all but the most extreme fitments... eh-hmmm Debbie)
Recommendations/advice: free
Corner Balancing - coming soon!

Cory will set your alignment to whatever specs you want. Some regular shops only do factory specs. He can also recommend settings (or mods) based on the car, its mods, how you drive, how you want the car to handle, tire wear, etc. Come by and talk to us and see what we can do for you.

We also service and modify all makes and models - oil changes, normal service, clutch & transmission, engine rebuilds, performance mods, even ECU tuning for some cars. Our shop rate is only $75/hr.

I just sent Steve Waclo your way for some tire mounting. He's an autocrosser who called me asking if I had Cory's contact info...

If you need new Kumhos on the RX8, the shop should charge admission and sell popcorn while Cory mounts them.

I'm pretty sure you'd get every tire guy on the west coast paying to learn Cory's secrets.

 They'd just want it to be video'd, then put on youtube.

I do like those V710's, but with 6 free Hoosiers coming my way, it might be awhile. :)

Kevin M 2010-06-14 12:44 PM

6 free Hoosiers? Is that from the Western States Championship, or from Nats last year?

dknv 2010-06-14 12:46 PM

I got 4 from Nats last year, 1 from a 2nd place in class at the Wendover ProSolo, and Dave won 1 at the Western States event, which he is giving me. :)

Don't worry Deb, "extreme fitment" tires will still be allowed of course, just not for $60... ;)

I just need a rear toe adjustment , that gonna fall under 2-wheel alignment even though i want my rear adjusted and not the front? I'll be surprised if it takes even a 1/2 hour. then again my alignment bolts like to get stuck.... hehe

:) really really need it this week (don't want to do the hill climb with a 1/4 toe out in the rear) :)

If you only need the rear toe, then $75/hour will apply. If it takes 1/2 hour then $37.50. Keep in mind he still have to install and compensate all four of the alignment heads, but Cory estimates about 1/2 hour anyway.

sound good!

You guys working on 7/5? Thinking of doing the struts over 4th weekend. Would like an align if you are.

I also have to ask, what position should I put the camber bolts in? meaning as a starting point so I can drive to the alignment shop.

100_Percent_Juice 2010-06-29 08:14 PM

Just got my car aligned and it handles awesome! Cory also performed the best looking fender rolls I have ever seen. However, the snack bar was non-existent and the toilet was backed up. I would rate my experience moderate to good.

We actually have all kinda snacks, but hid them when we knew you were coming. And I'm pretty sure you backed the toilet up... :P

Cory mounted some serious rubber on some serious rims for the Marleys' 370Z today - 275/30ZR20 in the front and 315/25ZR20 in the back.
