I've rejoined society.

I bought one of those things with four wheels , two doors (three actually), and a built in visor. I think you guys call it a kar (spelling?).

Nick Koan 2014-07-30 01:48 PM

I thought you motorcyclists called them cages.

k-dogg39 2014-07-30 01:54 PM

see you at the next Auto-x then!

cody 2014-08-01 11:42 AM

Take it off any sweet jumps?

ScottyS 2014-08-01 06:02 PM

Wouldn't that just be a Le Van?

What's the magic number of cheeky posts before you tell us what you got?

Bob Danger 2014-08-04 05:08 PM

I was waiting until I got some good pictures, but this is what I bought.

In that color, with a 6-speed.

Dean 2014-08-04 06:52 PM

Holy crap bob, that is from this century, this decade and actually what, only 2 years old??? Who are you and what did you do with the real Bob Danger?

Congratulations.

Wait, you bought a hybrid? Did you feel guilty from driving that truck?

Bob Danger 2014-08-05 07:14 AM

I wanted something cheap, economical, slightly different, and still fun. This fit the bill. But what really sold me was the interior. It's like a spaceship.

Needs more light green and overbite. And a bending unit inside drinking.

I think I have a bending unit in the garage.

Nick Koan 2014-08-05 12:43 PM

Is that a euphemism?

MattR 2014-08-05 01:14 PM

You're a conformist, Bob.

I think of it as having KERS.

But seriously, I don't have to worry about rushing to get the 86 ready by winter.

ScottyS 2014-08-05 05:12 PM

I saw one of those at UNR the other day, I was taken aback by the clean lines. Accepted.

sperry 2014-08-05 06:47 PM

I always thought that car would have been a future classic if they had just put a K24 in it instead of going the hybrid route.

The world needs a modern version of the '89 CRX si.

You say that but I think a K24 would have been too much. This 1.5 l with the IMA feels great, I drive my dad's 89 CR-X on a regular basis, and this is really similar.

That thing looks awesome. Nice work on the double zero tape, BTW.

cody 2014-08-22 04:08 PM

That is a really nice looking car! Damn. How'd it feel on the track?

Bob Danger 2014-08-22 04:42 PM

I was pleasantly surprised, its super slow, but the turn in is fantastic it rotates really well. It was let down by my driving abilities and the tires.

I'm so out of practice.
