What swap are you talking about?

rory_a 2011-12-01 06:17 PM

K-dogg has an STi wagon now ;)

And those springs will fit 02-07 wagons, but need to correct top hats and whatnot. Under the suspension forum on Nasioc is a spring and strut FAQ. Exact crossover is in there. I'm too lazy to look up a link for ya Right now though, sorry :(

Kev, how low are those springs compared to stock? I am looking for something close to stock WRX height for the FXTi.

They lower it right around an inch from stock height.

Kevin M 2011-12-01 10:27 PM

Well, the price is right at least. I'll take 'em and see what happens when I get some GD WRX struts to pair with them.

Sounds good. I will let you know next time I am in Reno so I can get them to you.

k-dogg39 2012-04-19 01:20 PM

Added a front strut tower bar.

MikeK 2012-04-19 01:43 PM

I will give you $100 to put the intercooler back on your car.

k-dogg39 2012-04-19 01:47 PM

Oooh tempting! You should grid by me at the first event and it may end up on yours.

MikeK 2012-04-19 03:06 PM

Just leave the old one on so I can be twice as cool!

k-dogg39 2012-04-19 03:36 PM

Ya Ill throw it in the front, so you can have a front mount again. But I won't cut anything this time. Cheater.

cody 2012-04-23 08:42 PM

that strut tower bar is super tempting. I love that it has no hinges.

I might be interested in the AOS for my Wagon since it doesn't see the track. I'll PM you.

sedonabugeye 2013-05-23 06:42 AM

Definitely thinking about that front sway and end links for my new Bugeye wagon... Have to replace the clutch first though.

SoyKraut 2013-05-23 08:45 AM

I could probably use that intercooler since the fins on mine are about 50% obstructed by sand and gravel and cougar crap. I'll get in touch with you when I get back.

Links are pending, but I can let you know if it falls through. The sway is still available though, so let me know...
