Rota Attack 17"x7.5" 5x100 +48et for sale

Hello everyone,

What: For sale, I have a set of Rota Attack wheels in steel grey color. As the title states, they are a 5x100 bolt pattern, 17" diameter, 7.5" width, in a +48 offset. They came off my 2002 Subaru Impreza when I mounted some RPF1s' so I know they will fit any Subaru with a 5x100 bolt pattern. This excludes 04 STi's since the wheels won't clear Brembo brakes without a spacer.

Additional Info: The wheels are in pretty good condition, however they do have a few scratches from road debris, mounting/balancing and rock chips etc. I tried to highlight the damage and give an idea for the size of scratches in the pics. The wheels are straight and true with no curb damage on the lips. Any scratches on the lips could be easily fixed with paint or a powder coat. They do not come with center caps. The pictures may make the wheels look like they are dual drilled for multiple bolt patterns, they are not. 5x100 only.

How Much: Asking $350. Prefer local pickup in Reno, but I will meet within a reasonable distance. Message me if you have questions or would like to see them in person. Help me get these things out of my garage!

Thanks everybody!

Sweet wheels. They do clear Stoptech 328x28's.

I love those wheels. If I hadn't been retarded when I bought my StopTechs (I got the 332's instead of 328's) I'd probably still have my Attacks, and I wouldn't have bothered with the 5x114.3 hub-swap.

Not trying to suggest your price is wrong... I'm just amazed that Rotas go for so much these days. I paid less than $375 when I bought mine new in 2002. Then again, mine were on "clearance" because no one liked white wheels back then.

Damn, you got a screaming deal! I paid over $800 for these new in 2002 to replace the Tarmac 2's that I destroyed on a rock. They saw summer duty use for 4 years or so and have been sitting pretty much ever since. New Attacks are still going for $700 or more retail price plus shipping. So I think I am being pretty fair.

Are you sure you didn't get knock off, knock off Rota's at that price? Or did people just really hate white wheels that much back then?

Will these fit my 2012 Tacoma? (6 on 5.5?)

(Sorry, had to :))

MattR 2013-07-22 09:17 PM

Also, don't people still hate white wheels?

SoyKraut 2013-07-22 10:05 PM

Matt, these will fit your Tacoma perfectly. Hand me cash, take them home and mount them up!

No returns. :D

Back in the day, it really did cost less than $400 for a set of 17" Rotas. Now they cost as much as RPF1s.

SoyKraut 2013-07-23 01:59 PM

Damn. I want to know where you guys were getting your Rotas back then. Like I said, I paid more than $800 for them new.

Kevin M 2013-07-23 05:16 PM

Basically, only straight from SubyDude. Rota has just been steadily raising their prices for 10 years.

SoyKraut 2013-07-23 10:50 PM

Interesting...I purchased 2 sets of Rota wheels both from Subydude, before they became Wheeldude. One set of Tarmac 2's in October of 2001, and the Attacks in June of 2002. And both times I paid more than twice what you did. Guess I got shafted.

But anyways...lets get this thread back on track. Price drop to $350.
