The outfit is called Metal Master. I'll check on the pricing for y'all. I got a "discount" because I throw a ton of business his way.

MattR 2005-10-25 07:38 PM

I'm very interested in PC...Nice work man, those look great.

yah with this group you might be able to throw a lot more.

Pat R. 2005-10-25 07:49 PM

Post your wheel size and the color you'd like and I'll see what I can find out...

MattR 2005-10-25 07:59 PM

Done, and Done.

For those interested, please reply.

Pat , thanks for trying that out, I may potentially do 8 wheels if the price is right.

Pat R. 2005-10-25 08:05 PM

Mine are 30% gloss black. They turned out pretty good, I think. Not as glossy as I thought and they will only get flatter since I will never wash them again!

Viva la track pads!

sti deede 2005-10-25 09:25 PM

4 wheels 7.5 X 17 charcoal (gunmetallic) gray or like yours if that's not available.

Thanks Pat!!! :D

Kevin M 2005-10-26 01:33 AM

4 17x8.5 volks in flat or semi-gloss black! Actually, is there significant variation in pricing by color, or by finish?

MattR 2005-10-26 04:13 AM

4 17x7.5 wheels. Gunmetal Grey.

JonnydaJibba 2005-10-26 06:49 AM

4 16x7.5 Gloss black.

Maybe we could get some kinda group discount yeah? That would be sick.

sperry 2005-10-26 08:58 AM

4 17x8" Gold!

tysonK 2005-10-26 09:36 AM

Yeah, and I've already got a set of gold wheels for it as well. White's probably the better bet for those Enkei's.

Dean 2005-10-26 01:22 PM

4, or 5 17x7.5" gunmetal, or black depending on price. I also thought about color matched Sedona Red... Or maybe WRB for contrast?

If it is really a good deal, I'd proabably do my Enkes as well.

The same color as Scott of course.

I assume they do all the prep work...

:P White is probably the *only* common wheel color that would look bad on a red car.

I really like Dick Lewis' yellow race wheels, but I think you have to have a "real" red car to pull that off.

I wonder what WRB wheels would actually look like on my car. Pchop anyone?

I'm not gonna waste my time photochopping blue wheels on a red car. If you can't figure out that it would look god-awful w/o a photoshop'd picture, you deserve to pay to get 'em powdercoated blue, then again to get 'em coated something else that won't look like ass.

And, unless you're attempting to match a sponsor's corporate colors and never intend to street the car, I'd stay away from the high-contrast red and yellow... yuck.
