Fixing a Exhaust Tip:

So Evan wants to attempt to fix the tip to his old MRT exhaust. It was damaged in the accident, but basically only bent the top of the tip itself down a little bit.

Where can he go to attempt to get it fixed? Is it a lost cause? In my opinion, its not that bad, but its bent enough to be ugly.

Thanks!

Um... can you just put it in a vice and bend it back?

Is it that something that was round is no longer round, or that something that used to come out of the muffler now comes out at a different angle...

Picture?

If it is the former, a pipe expander, and perhaps a hammer and dolie (sp?) should be able to do it. A body shop, or muffler shop would be my first thoughts.

It was on the can (tip) of the muffler. The tip was a 4" round tip that no got bent down on the top of the tip.

Here is a basic idea:

To answer your question, yes you can fix it and use it. That rocks. :)
