Chat?

I was just thinking how cool it would be if we had a chat room. So that way we can chat with people who stop in to the site. Or could organize group chat sessions. I am not totally sure if it can be done, but just a thought.

Well, 6 people online at once was the most on doink. But it is a good idea and wouldbe kinda cool.

work your magic Scott :)

that would be pretty cool

I've been thinking about that, since I can't get AIM or ICQ to work reliably from behind my office's firewall. Unfortunately, anything that I could program would have all the same issues as AIM and ICQ :x

I'm persistantly playing around with the idea... so if I come up with anything, then I'll definately try it out on you guys..

I love being a test pilot.

Anyway it was just a suggestion. I am sure you can iron the problems Scott.

Any word on this Scott? Just curious since last night there were 7 people on and off posting like mad

I could write a chat application or gank one off the 'net, but i'd never be on it since they all use a special port for communications that would be blocked by my firewall. I wanted to try and come up with a port 80 (http port) chat proggy somehow, but I haven't worked on it. I'm lazy!
