Wow you are a rocket scientist? No really...

So I had a phone "interview" with the department head of USC's astronautics program today. It looks like I'm not gonna be able to get funding, but it seems like I have a really good chance of being accepted. Which makes me really happy, except it's pretty damn expensive. So now I have to figure out how to pay for it.

Heh, one of my best friend's wife worked at a couple of different aero companies on missile & rocket systems.. it was pretty funny when she could say "yes, I actually am a rocket scientist."

I forget what systems she specialized in, but she worked at Pratt&Whitney in SJ, & Aerojet up in Sac.

Pratt & Whitney is cool and all, but the real hardcore stuff comes from Briggs & Stratton.
