Help with install
Hey guys, I just ordered my Helix uppipe. Anyone want to help me install it when it comes in?
Pizza and beer  |
Bump (for Robin - is that right?)
Didn't you have an Audi or something else last year? And now you've got a WRX? |

Does anyone here have a hot girlfriend they don't mind sharing for a couple hours?[/quote]
  |
I think the lack of people wanting to help is an indication that the install will not be easy. If I had ever done one I would atleast supervise, but I havent :(
maybe you should change the post to say: "I need help with the overseeing the install" :? all I can say is search SubyMods and you should be set, its just a lot of bolts and screws.......... |
:( :(
Has anyone here done this before? |

So I guess, I've done it twice. On my own car. And that's why I don't offer to help other people... it's a shitty install. Normally I'm one to recommend that people do their own work, but this is one job that can be done at home that I would suggest taking to a shop. Unless you simply can't afford the shop, the headaches aren't worth it. |

I was ready to do mine. After hearing from many what a pain in the ass it is, and after speaking with Nate @ S Squared, I decided it is going to be faster to drive to Sac, have Nate install it, have a lunch and a few beers, and drive back to Reno.
Money well spent. |
Well then, I guess I'll have to cough up the money and have it installed. Comes in tomorrow, let you guys know my impressions.
