Taxing prostitution
Should houses of prostitution be taxed in Nevada? (I thought they were ...)

I say business is business, as logn as the money's green. I doubt any politicians want to go on record as the one who "legitimized" prostitution here.

Wow! I knew that was the business to be in!

I'm amazed that they weren't already being taxed. You'd think the normally sticky fingers of politicians would latch on to someone freely offering them tax money.

They already say "it's all good if you pay people for sex", so I don't understand why this "as long as they pay taxes" wasn't already tacked on.

I guess my take would be this: Tax the property/establishment but not the business that is being run within these walls(Of course your exception to the rule is the alcohol/souveniers being sold inside) . you cant tax humans, its a God Given right to have sex.. ;)
