AZN channel
 

Hey all,
Does anyone in Reno who has Charter Cable get the AZN channel? I'd like to get videotape of Japanese news, which is supposedly on at 7am M-F, so I can take it to the hospital for my mom to watch.

I get it, but I don't have a VCR to record with. I think there may be one kicking around my house that I can use. I'll get back to you.

I have a VCR that is currently splitting its time between being a drink coaster and being a footrest. The heads probably need cleaning though.

I have it and I never see Japanese news on it. Does it have Japanese news anymore? All I see are english shows with an AZN twist to them.

And why do you want Japanese news anyways.... Is your mom Japanese?

Supposedly, 7am on Mon thru Fri is the news. And something like 2:30am Saturdays is some variety show.

Yes - she was born in Japan. You must not remember who I am, because all Americans I know think I look Japanese (or like some kind of Asian). (And, conversely, all my Japanese relatives think I look American.)

Hai, my mom was born in Miyazaki, Kyushu. She came over to the U.S. after getting married to a GI. And, lol - I speak a little Japanese with the help of a translation dictionary. You probably speak it a heck of a lot better than I ever could. ;)
