Hey Matt

Did you know your wheels are out of balance? They were vibrating at about 70mph on the freeway on the ride home last night. Not bad, but noticeable.

MattR 2003-06-22 07:07 PM

Really? i had never felt any vibration, but maybe I had them in different positions...hmm? I'll have to get them balanced. thanks

sperry 2003-06-22 07:53 PM

Hey I'll balance 'em myself if you sell 'em to me!

I'm having a hard time understanding why they look so damn good on my car... I mean, didn't my 18" have plenty of bling!? How can wussy gray 17"s look better!?

The only problem... I *hate* your tires!! Even low speed turns will get 'em to squeel, and when they make noise... damn it's loud!

Anyway, check 'em out... super-fly:

I hate those tires too! haha, they seems to have gotten progressively slippery-er as they've worn, now their downright scary...haha, but yeah, those wheels look outstanding on your car. I only see the first pic though, and then a bunch of red x's..

MattR 2003-06-22 08:06 PM

Those tires are perfect for high-decible drifting..."Ghost of Mt Rose"

Oh, the pics were still uploading... they're all there now.

MattR 2003-06-23 06:23 PM

Hahahaha! Did you get any wet driving miles on them today, if so, you're cursing me right now...hahaha...those tires are a bit unpredictable in the rain.

On a side note, the car handles noticably different with 18's then with 17's. The steering respponce is different, not better or worse, just different. The guys at work dig those wheels on teh wagon though.

sperry 2003-06-24 08:05 AM

Yeah, I got my slippy on leaving the parking lot here at work during lunch yesterday. I figured they'd be pretty "out there" in the wet, so once I was on the street, I took it nice and easy over to Carl's and back.

I must say, I'm really falling in love with the dark rims on my car. Every time I park, I double-take as I walk away from it. I think I'm gonna have to get a set of those rims one way or another... 'course the best would be for you to sell me you rims so I don't have to go looking for some at a decent price!

The only problems: The tires you got suck... it's like they were baked in UV or somthing... the rubber's all hard!? And 17's look a little small on the car, I need to lower it to take out that front fender gap.

Dammit... I was all done buying rims, why you gotta make me want yet another set!? Now I'm wondering what 18" gold P1s look like on my car...

SEX vs. SECCS... X=CS... so, there's an 'S' sound in the X... "ecksssssssssss". Tho I've never seen X w/o the 'K' sound.

"Thix ix a xuper xentenxe, juxt for Xergio!"
