Race car wannabees.

This test has been going around, it's supposedly designed to test mental agility and reaction.

If you can go longer than 22 seconds you are phenomenal. It's been saidthe US Air Force uses this for fighter pilots. They are
expected to go forat least 2minutes. Give it a try!!

The object of the game is to move the
red
block around without getting hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls.

Post up your best time!!!!!!!!

I got a 56.762 after two attempts.

Nick Koan 2006-02-06 04:29 PM

hahahahahaha. 14 seconds on my first pass.

Let me find my response to the NASIOC version of this thread:

I also hear that the Coast Guard requires applicants to reach level 9 in under 4 minutes on this:

Also, this *should* be in OT...

I keep getting killed around 22.something after playing for a few minutes. Best was 25.something. I'm gonna blame it on the gummy mouse-to-table interface.

Haha, exactly my thoughts, even though it's challenging, I'm sure it has absolutley nothing to do with your ability to fly a fighter plane. Mad Mouse skills are good for something. (contrary to what Mike K says)

cody 2006-02-06 04:43 PM

13 seconds. :(

MattR 2006-02-06 04:43 PM

BTW , Choplifter is the shit.

Nick Koan 2006-02-06 04:48 PM

I seem to be averaging in the low 20's.

code3con 2006-02-06 04:56 PM

my first attempt was 3 secs... wow I suck....

now the highest I got was 20 got better...

tysonK 2006-02-06 05:09 PM

25.7 like 5th try.

I was just moving up and down vertical for 10 of the seconds.

Bob Danger 2006-02-06 05:16 PM

First try was 41.96

Dean 2006-02-06 06:38 PM

Didn't we play his last year or two? Slow down your mouse tracking, and learn the pattern. I did 30+ seconds on my 5th try.

20 seconds. I suck, but I'm also using a f'ing laptop mouse too! That little finger pad sucks for this kind of stuff!

dknv 2006-02-11 09:10 PM

You should have never posted this link! On my first try I survived about .08xx seconds, took me till my 3rd try to figure out what to do. omg, this one makes me laugh out loud.

I'm going back to my sudoku.....
