Battle for DSP next year!

So, since the last time I checked the classification on the 86, which was last year sometime, it has been bumped from F stock to D stock. Which means I’ll be competing against Chris, Vick, Jeremiah, and maybe Cory. At first I was bummed about getting bumped, but after seeing that I be competing against some good drivers I could not be happier. I should be able to be more competive with the 86 in TDSP, than with the 89 in SM.

They run in D Street Prepared, not D Stock dude. :p You'll be a lot more competitive if you show up with more than shocks and a front sway. ;)

I've been contemplating running DSP next season too!

My bad, whats th diffrence between street prepared, and stock prepared? I would go down load the rules, and regulations, but my computer freezes every time I start to download it. I need a new one... cough, sell me your computer Pete... cough.

Um, crack open the rule book you should have purchased at the start of the season. :P

Basically, in Stock you can change front swaybar, shocks, brake pads and fluids, catback, and run sticky tires on stock wheels. In Street Prepared, you can do a ton of stuff... coilovers, full exhaust, bigger wheels, etc.

I bought one, then let someone borrow it, and never got it back, then forgot who I let borrow it.

Same thing happened with my 05 rule book, but I know who has it.

Yeah, It's lookin' more and more like I won't be a part of that battle. I'd like to, but I have to go play with a bunch of MUCH faster cars... :P

Just bcause the cars are faster doesn't mean the drivers are... but most of them are.

Bob Danger 2006-07-03 08:32 PM
