hey guys i'm new to this site. are there any tuners in this area that deal with a cobb AP. thanks :?:

The closest one is DBTuned in Roseville, but many on this board have gone to Gruppe-S in Hayward as well.

how often do you have to have a tune done ?

That's up to you.

Usually every time you do siginificant engine modifications.

Whenever you make a significant change to the air, fuel, exhaust, or rotating mass of the power train. The first three are probably a must, the later is a probably should.

Paul at DB is a really good guy, and a close personal friend. For normal street tunes, he's a great choice, and pretty close. For extreme stuff, he'll be the first to tell you that you might be better with another tuner with experience with that kind of stuff, like Mike. Definitely talk to Paul, he's got great customer service and will take care of you.
