My wallet is not happy to hear this :)

p.s. congratulations Mike!

OK, is this a new entity outside of Gruppe-S, a rebadging, or what.

Not sure I need all the gory details, but what is the Net-Net to the consumer...

I need parts, installation and tuning for the STI in the very near future and want great prices, great service, and great results. :)

This is a new entity and nothing to do with Gruppe-S other than the fact I used to work there.

It's a new business, GST Motorsports, Inc with new staff hand picked for being the absolute best at what they do.

Hey Mike what does GST stand for?

Like Dean, I assumed it was a rebranding.

And thanks for the update. I'm due for something, like a new turbo.

So Mike, are you doing parts at competitive prices, or will we need source the parts elsewhere and bring them to you?

Sue needs some Sway Bars for her '02 wagon. Probably Cobb or Hotchkis.

Also, are you doing ECUTec as well as Cobb tuning? I'll probably give her my ECUTec ECU which currently hase a STX legal map but she could use a stage 1.

We are full parts and service now mate, we actually have the Cobb bars instock!. We will be as competitive as we can be on parts pricing.

We offer EcuTek tuning so feel free to bring anything you need tuned :)

What is your hourly rate for Ecutek tuning? 02' WRX with the standard Stage 4 modifications.

Thanks

EcuTek tuning is $250 for a standard map for something in the stage upgrade path, for something crazy it is typically billed out per hour.

Thanks again Mike, the car feels great.

I really like the new shop

Double Phister 2006-12-30 10:28 PM

My parents came up to Sac for christmas and my dad started telling me about Mike and his shop. Turns out it's in the same complex as his work (quintronix). Small world.

Dean 2006-12-30 11:09 PM

Shop is nice. And when they are done, should be awesome.
