Burns returns to SWRT

Check it out...Tommi retires, and Burns comes back to Subaru. I'm okay with that, I think Petter and Richard make a good team, and looks like there might be a third swrt car next season.

It would be great if they fielded a third car.
That should definitely help in the
Manufacturer's tite.
Harri Rovanpera should be a good addition.
