All other mice suck

I picked up a Logitech MX Revolution over the weekend. Now all other mice are garbage.

This thing has a two stage mouse wheel... spin it slow and it clicks like a normal wheel... give it a quick spin and the think kicks over into freewheel mode allowing you to blaze scroll through documents. Getting back to the top of a page was never so easy!

Plus the think is ultra smooth, and the maybe the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. It's the best $100 I ever spent on a mouse (that IGT will be reimbursing me for).

:concur:

It's a seriously sweet mouse. The auto-scroll thing is just freaking awesome.

A crappy mouse version of ALT+Tab.

Really, there's nothing ground breaking about the features ('cept the freewheeling scroll wheel), but the execution is terrific.

Awesome, now you just need to get a keyboard that has a functional G. or maybe you were just crazy excited like when my parents bought me a sega genesis:?:

Looks cool, but I prefer a a trackball or trackpad.

While I had one, I really liked the 2 directional scroll ball on the Apple mice.

All mice suck! I switched to a Wacom pen and tablet and I will never go back to using a mouse. It was a little awkaward for about two days. After that it is much faster and way more comfortable. If you've never tried one you should check them out.

I had one back when I worked for a company that made drawing software... It was great for drawing, crappy for everything else... I had to keep my regular mouse along side.

I have the MX1000 (The precursor to the MX Revolution) and it's a damn good mouse, except for one thing- half of the time when I put it on the charging cradle it doesn't start charging. I haven't run out of batteries yet, but one day it'll happen ;)

The new ones are amazing. I use it for all applications. The mouse feels awkward now.

I have two of those mice, one bluetooth version and one proprietary protocol one. And I run out of juice all the time. Mainly cause I charge them only when they are completely dead. But, I have to keep a wired mouse around at all times for backup
