Best local place for color matching paint...

If you were going to have parts painted in quantities of 5 or 10, parts like... say... a custom hood scoop delete for example, where would you think would be the best place to get a consistent color match? I figure I would bring a new Subaru-painted part to have them match to get the color reasonably close. Paramount did my hood when it was damaged by snow falling off a roof and I think they did okay, but they did lots of blending on the fenders.

I'm partial to the work done by Shaver Ave. Auto Body, but I don't think they're equipped for that sort of work... they usually have only 1 or 2 cars going in the shop at a time, and not a lot of spare space for running side batches of work.

But they did do a great job on my WRX (twice), and they'll be replacing my SVX's mirror if the part ever comes in from Japan.

Preferred Auto body in carson did a great job on my STI. I've never met anyone how had any idea i ever got hit (with out them being prior told). Although i don't know if they had to repaint any specific parts or just had new parts arrive that color matched already?

Kustom Kreations in Carson also (think they spell it that way) at least one of the c's is a k

I had work done at Cito autobody a while back, and seeing that we have no body shop here at Nissan, we send ALL of our work there too. They do AMAZING work! Not even a "trained eye" can find the body damage on my car that was repaired!

They ain't the cheapest in the world, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

(775) 786-3510 if you wanna give them a call.
