How accurate do you guys think Kelley Blue Book values are?

It doesn't matter... if the buyers and sellers both think they're accurate... they are.

But for the most part, I think they're pretty close, except for things like restorations and rare cars. Check edmunds.com as a secondary valuation.

I think KBB is waaaay overpriced for our area. It is very dealer biased. Edmunds otoh seems waay underpriced. If you are looking to buy or sell through a private sale the actual realistic value will be somewhere in between these two extremes.

I like to look at KBB, edmunds.com and NADA. With all three, you can usually get a good idea of what a fair price is.

Edmunds.com came in higher then KBB.

$21k to $23k

KBB = $20.5k
