SCCA Minor Waiver

Since I've been asked for it a few times, here's a link:

Remember that if you need one, you have to bring copies of both parents' IDs along with the signed form to participate. Once we have one we can give you a 'season pass' as long as the top of the form specifies the whole year, not one event.
