I just read his whole story on NASIOC, and PayPal tried to give him his money back, but the account had $0 in it to get back.

I wish it were as easy as they make you think. Just like Nick said, if the person takes the money out of their account, you are basically F'd. So any scammer who knows this will just take out their money ASAP. Lame if you ask me.

Neither Paypal nor Ebay were willing to help when I got screwed over by a scammer so I just called my credit card company and reversed the charge.
