i was going to paint them my self but i wanted to see if anyone knew a place that would do it and im looking for a good priced place to pick up another set of wheels for winter tires

Both will mount and balance and give you a package deal with tires.

TireRack's warehouse is out towards mustang, so you can pick them up locally.

Discounttire isn't local but may be cheaper and shipping is free.
